How to give your customers a way to look up their repair status

Wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t have to answer phone calls asking if things are done yet? When you sign up for Repairtagger, you instantly get a public webpage personalized with your business’s details. On this site, your customers can see contact details, get directions to your location, and look up their repair status.

Cool! How can I find it?

Just go to ‘Manage Business Settings’ on the admin screen. You can control what information appears and get the link to your page.

How does it work?

Your customer just has to enter their phone number, and they’ll see a list of their repairs and the status for each one. (Received, in progress, or ready to be picked up) No personal information is disclosed.

How can my customers find it?

We suggest linking to it from your website, Facebook page, and wherever else your customers go to find you. You can also print it on a card to give out at the time of drop off.
